Applying for services to the audit company at least once a year is mandatory for all residents of Diia City in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On stimulating the development of the digital economy in Ukraine” (hereinafter — Law No. 1667-IX) and “Procedure for submission and consideration of the report on the compliance of the resident of Diia City and the independent opinion” (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1492 of 12/30/2022).

Pursuant to Law No. 1667-IX, a resident of Diya City is obliged to ensure continuous and complete compliance with the requirements specified in Article 5 of this Law throughout the term of residence. The audit is carried out on the basis of an annual compliance report that the Diia City resident submits to the Ministry of Digital Transformation.
